Hillside safeguards personal information and protects the identity and confidentiality of all visitors. You need not identify yourself or your affiliation to gain access to the resources on this site.

Hillside is committed to protecting health information. We are required by law to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of health information that identifies a client;
  • Provide clients with notice of our privacy practices and client rights relating to protected health information.

If you choose to contact us regarding admission of a child to one of our programs or applying to become a foster parent, all information you provide us will be held in the strictest confidence. Information is provided to referring agencies and other service providers only with your authorization.

All donations are recorded in a database that can be accessed only by appropriate staff. Names and addresses are used solely for the purpose of sending acknowledgment letters and other published materials. When we acknowledge donors in our quarterly newsletter, only names are used. If you prefer your gift to remain anonymous, we will honor your wishes. Hillside does not lend, rent or sell our donor list to any other organization.

In order to protect our clients, all Hillside employees receive extensive training in confidentiality. Records are kept in secured areas.
