Let's step inside
one of the resident cottages. In each cottage, Hillside
residents share a kitchen, dining room, and living room.
Typically two kids share a room and two staff people also live
with the kids and serve as resident parents for the
group. In family style, everyone joins together for
daily meals, community meetings, and group therapy and to
complete household chores. |
